●In 1967, he was on an aircraft carrier in Tolkin Gulf; there was a fire on board
●Fire and smoke coming into Joe's compartment; hatches were sealed

Over the years, he would hear his name called – but it was not his roommate calling him.
Then he went to a seminar; the instructor said Some people even hear their names called!
He went to talk to the instructor who told him the story of Samuel in the Bible –
and told Joe, Now you know what to say next time you hear your name
●Time went on; he was reading in bed, shut off the light – not really awake, not asleep
●He woke up, listened, laid down again; heard his name again
●Debated about answering: I don't really want to be involved:
● But he did answer: "Speak, Lord, for your servant heareth!"
●Heard nothing: thank goodness my wife is asleep, and the dogs don't talk
Then he saw a little speck of light by door – it exploded into light that filled the room
●Noticed a tiny little figure which also expanded & filled the room:
●The figure spoke in a masculine voice: Put down your books for they hold no truth for you . . .
●The figure gave Joe a task, then the light and being disappeared
●About 6 mos later, he completed the task; the being came back - around 1994
●Over the years, he learned about frequencies, how to use them for healing, developed a process call acuhealing – like acupuncture, but does not use needles
He was to gather 7 masters and teach them to teach – was thinking of individuals like the pope, Sai Baba and so on
●Not people like them, but as the 7 churches in Revelations – Rev was miswritten, misunderstood, misinterpreted
●Each one has certain traits and you need theise 7 diff traits / people to have a successful business, community – he was to gather those 7 kinds of people
●He did, taught them what he had been taught; they went out & taught what Joe had taught them

●Next was Eden Events – setting the boundaries for Eden
●Boundaries did not mean a wall or a perimeter, but a starting point – did that for 9 years

●In 2011, he was told they would start the Children of Light, and Enlightenment, so Joe started the Children of Light Conference
●Joe needed to blend the 7 most sacred oils, and have tuning forks made using the frequencies of God; when they were made, he would come and get them to have them harmoncially tuned
●So Joe had oils blended and forks made & the angel came to his office in the home
Joe does not have visions – sees the real thing
●Joe gave him the forks – angels was holding the forks and told Joe to bring the oils
whole room turns white, a path opens – on each side of the path, 4 angels on each side
●He said come, so Joe followed him down path to the tent – they took the forks and oils into tent
and Joe was told to wait here
●Joe could see the shadows cast on side of tent as they moved around inside
●Joe could feel his toes cramping, then feet and legs; all were cramped;
he could feel every thing inside him moving around – intestines liver, etc; started to wonder what would happen if he died here
● Then he could hear the frequencies of the forks – very loud
●Then could smell frequencies of the oils and he started feeling better; insides quite moving and he could stand up
●then the angel asked him about the gifts he was given: What gifts was his reply - I have snakes crawling around inside me, and awful cramps – what gifts?
● The angel told him he had been given the gift of wholeness – angel directed him to a mirror: he looked like he was 30 years old
●Then they went back down the path and ended up by the office - Joe looked in the window and he did not look like in the mirror. The angel told him it would talke time for outer body to catch up with inner body – they all left him with forks and oils
●He went to visit a friend, Jules, and used his wholeness blessing – Jules no longer uses hearing aids
●Went to visit another friend who now no longer wears glasses
●The Children of Light Conference:
●for the 4 days, he will raise the vibrations of the people there –
●need 333 people in sacred geometrical formation. He will give all the wholeness blessing and the formation will seal the blessing in them, and they can pass it on
●The head man of a group in India which works with the Deepsha, the oneness blessing, the Bogwan, heard what he was doing and gave permission for the Deepsha people to come and get the wholeness blessing
●Deepsha - a large group from India, with guru, teacher, Bogwan – they do a Oneness Blessing, a profound spiritual event – feeling of well being, compassion, love – he has been teaching this in India
